Siva holds a Bsc (QS) Hons from the University of Witwatersrand and is a seasoned property professional. He previously held the post of South African Chairperson of the
Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and served in many industry bodies. He has various property related qualifications
and has incubated many ancillary businesses. His passion for deal making inspired him to participate in industries with high barriers to entry. Focus, determination
